A Bit About Us

Introducing the "Southern Tides" crew, Scott & Sybil Smith, and of course our cockapoo Harlie! We both retired in 2020 and have been living in our 32' motorhome ever since. Believe it or not, we have actually survived living together in 240 sq ft. We have named our RV "Flow" and we tow our white jeep "Ebb, the mule" behind us to carry all the extra weight. For the last year, we have been working on improvements to our home base in Suwannee Fl, while we prepared to travel full time in 2022.

One of our lifelong dreams has been to go to Alaska. We even considered moving there when we married in 1982. It was a fleeting thought and was put on the back burner while life happened. We will celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary this year, so we decided to make our dream a reality. Follow along with us as we travel across the country to Alaska and so many other places!!
